When photographing your pet, get close and get light. Fill the frame with your pet, and leave out the clutter of the house in the background. Use natural light outside, or use the light from large windows or an open door.
After picking up a photography class on a whim in college, I fell in love with the art. I have worked as a photojournalist for area newspapers and magazines for the past 12 years on a full time and freelance basis. I most enjoy capturing the joy and spirit of young children in my pictures. I am experienced in photographing families, special occasions, weddings, sporting events, local landmarks and businesspeople, and landscapes. Contact me for more information on my fees.
